Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across the San Francisco metro and broader CA/Hawaii territory. The role combines clinical MR knowledge with strategic selling, including relationship building with radiology teams and healthcare decision-makers.

The candidate should have a strong background in MRI technology, CRM usage, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel across accounts and a focus on value-based solutions within Bayer’s MR portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of radiology, medical devices and MRI workflows.
• Proven success in adopting contrast, injectors, or imaging tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven selling mindset.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across the MR portfolio in the San Francisco/CA territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, and procurement.
• Identify decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Collaborate with NAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear goals.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight.
• Log opportunities and activity in CRM and use data to guide decisions.
• Deliver in-suite clinical and business presentations on MR products.
• Travel as required to meet with accounts across the territory.
