Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across the San Francisco metro territory, with travel across the Bay Area and beyond. You will engage radiology leaders, technologists, and procurement to promote Bayer MR solutions and lead strategic account collaborations.

Ideal candidates have deep MRI knowledge, healthcare sales experience, and strong communication skills to navigate complex contracts and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep radiology/medical devices knowledge and familiarity with MRI workflows.
• Proven success in healthcare sales, especially MRI-related products.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and drive to consensus with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the Magnetic Resonance portfolio across territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, procurement, and VACs.
• Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Collaborate with NAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear goals and resources.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Log activities in CRM, maintain pipeline data, and provide forecasts.
• Deliver in-suite clinical and business presentations on MR products.
• Share market insights to inform strategy and tactics.
• Ensure smooth sales handoff to service/clinical/implementation teams.
• Travel across assigned accounts to deepen engagements.
