Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across the San Francisco and Hawaii territory. The role focuses on promoting MRI portfolio solutions, building relationships with radiology professionals, and aligning with cross-functional teams under the DSO model.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare sales experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a Bachelor’s degree, with willingness to travel across assigned accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, procurement, and VACs.
• Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Coordinate with NAMs/SAMs/AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan reflecting MR opportunities and account priorities.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight from SAMs/AMs.
• Log calls, opportunities, competitive intel, and activity in CRM systems.
