Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field.
• Current ARRT certification and registration, or an equivalent imaging credential.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative leaders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient MRI locations ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and workforce strategies.
• Collaborate with physician leadership, engineering, facilities, IT, and administrative leaders to resolve operational issues.
