Job summary

The role requires radiologic technology education, ARRT certification, and 3–5 years of leadership experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. The position supports hybrid work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school for Radiologic Technology.
• Must possess and maintain ARRT registration.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Radiology CT Department across all sites.
• Manage clinical technologist staff and patient care tech associates at multiple sites.
• Lead capital purchases, installation, and acceptance for CT equipment.
• Ensure QA procedures and regulatory compliance (TJC, regulation).
• Assist faculty with advanced imaging techniques and protocols.
• Conduct staff training on imaging procedures and workflows.
• Recruit, hire, and manage technical staff and performance evaluations.
