Qualifications

• 8 years of MRI leadership experience (implied)
• BLS Certification required
• ARMRIT or ARRT R Certification required

• Venipuncture skills required
• Supervisor/Charge experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRI operations across multiple campuses
• Coordinate staffing and manage schedules
• Provide clinical support during staffing shortages
• Optimize patient flow and scanner utilization
• Ensure MRI safety and regulatory compliance
• Coach, onboard, and manage employee performance
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, and leadership
