Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or Bachelor's in Health Sciences is required.
• Licenses: NH State License as Radiologic Technologist and MR; ARRT MR; BLS certification.
• Radiology/MRI experience with 5–7 years; leadership experience 2–3 years.
• Experience in a hospital MRI department with multiple sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management, ensure smooth workflow and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Manage clinical staff, scheduling, triage duties, and serve as a staff resource.
• Develop and monitor the budget, identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency.
• Oversee student activities to align with core curriculum and future opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations and industry trends.
