Responsibilities

• Provide operations management, identify inefficiencies and implement new practices
• Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage clinical staff, scheduling, triage duties, and provide staffing resources
• Develop and monitor the fiscal operating budget and support variance reporting
• Oversee student clinical activities and facilitate opportunities for future employment within MGB
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and industry trends
