Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and eligible for state licensure.
• ARRT/NM certifications required or equivalent per modality.
• CPR BLS certification required.
• MQSA compliance knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Designs and coordinates orientation programs for technical staff.
• Trains staff in clinical protocols and evolving radiology techniques.
• Develops education programs and in-service trainings.
• Assesses job performance and supports staff development.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies.
• Coordinates equipment service and maintenance scheduling.
