Northwestern Medicine seeks a Technical Coordinator MRI-Imaging to lead orientation, training, and ongoing education for the radiology team. You will coordinate equipment maintenance, collaborate with radiologists, and uphold safety and quality standards across imaging modalities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification by ARRT in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, MRI, Sonography or Mammography (clinical and technical competence).
• State license (IDNS/IEMA) required for diagnostic radiology staff.

Responsibilities

• Designs and coordinates orientation programs for technical staff.
• Trains staff in applying clinical protocols and techniques.
• Develops training programs for evolving radiology techniques.
• Coordinates equipment service and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintains communication with radiologists to ensure quality of service.
