Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging required or Bachelor’s in Health Sciences preferred.
• Licenses and credentials include Radiologic Technologist (State License), ARRT-MR, ARRT-R, and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage radiology department operations and budget.
• Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct clinical staff, staffing, scheduling, and triage duties.
• Develop fiscal operating budget, monitor variances, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate education for staff and opportunities for future employment within the department.
• Ensure regulatory obligations and industry trends are met.
