Job summary

Salem Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI leader to oversee the MRI team. The role requires a strong MRI background and 2–3 years of leadership experience, with a focus on operations, quality, and staff development.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate scheduling, and support students and staff within Mass General Brigham’s radiology department, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and on-site work at 81 Highland Avenue.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging required or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
• Experience cannot substitute for the degree per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management for the radiology department and improve workflows.
• Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage clinical staff, scheduling, triage duties, and serve as a resource to staff.
• Develop and monitor the fiscal operating budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Oversee student activities to ensure they meet core curriculum requirements.
