Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor (MRI) at our Norwood, MA site to oversee the imaging department and ensure the highest quality diagnostic images. Lead daily operations, staffing, training, safety, and compliance with radiology standards while partnering with the regional manager to optimize service, budget and workflow.

Required: ARRT license, Massachusetts Radiology license, MR certification, BLS, 3+ years as an imaging technologist, and 2+

Qualifications

• ARRT license and Massachusetts radiology license.
• MR certification and BLS.
• 3+ years of experience as an imaging technologist.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role in imaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the diagnostic imaging/mammography department.
• Provide training to staff and ensure imaging studies meet standards.
• Manage staffing and scheduling within budget guidelines.
• Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and safety documentation.
• Perform imaging duties and support budget development and improvements.
