Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and at least 3 years in diagnostic imaging, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Massachusetts radiology license or eligibility within 6 months.
• ARRT certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree; supervisory experience at a teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily technical operations across all imaging modalities.
• Selects, develops, and schedules technical staff to maximize capacity.
• Interviews and hires qualified candidates and conducts performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, DPH, NRC, and MWRA regulations.
• Oversees payroll for supervised modalities and budget monitoring.
• Leads quality improvement and participates in strategic planning with leadership.
