Job summary

LCMC Health in Metairie, LA is seeking an MRI Technologist Lead to oversee the MRI Department, manage the patient schedule, ensure equipment maintenance, and monitor QA. Qualifications

• 3 years of CT/MRI/Radiology technology experience
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily facilitation of the diagnostic area and perform imaging exams as required
• Coordinate and oversee staff and learner training for MRI imaging
• Schedule staffing based on approved matrix to ensure timely services
• Maintain MRI safety protocols and ensure mandatory annual training
• Manage supply inventory and assist with budget information and equipment recommendations
