Job summary

Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin invites applicants to join a full-time MRI Apprenticeship cohort beginning October 2026. The 12–18 month program blends online MRI didactics with hands-on rotations under radiologist-led supervision, providing comprehensive exposure to diagnostic imaging.

Participants will work toward ARMRIT certification, mastering data acquisition, patient positioning, safety protocols, equipment prep and study requirements in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Apply theoretical knowledge to patient care by actively completing online MRI didactics while assisting radiologist-led teams during hands-on clinical rotations.
• Capture diagnostic-grade images by positioning patients and selecting precise technical parameters under the direct supervision of certified technologists.
• Safeguard patient and team safety by upholding strict magnetic field safety protocols, screening procedures and radiation protection standards.
• Drive operational efficiency by preparing equipment, managing supplies and supporting supervising technologists during complex diagnostic imaging cases.
• Progress toward board certification by mastering magnetic resonance data acquisition, completing all clinical requirements and preparing for the ARMRIT exam.
