Job summary

Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI seeks an MRI Technologist to deliver precise imaging by expertly positioning patients and adjusting MRI parameters. You will lead pre-screening, educate patients, and ensure safety before entering the MRI environment.

You will also manage patient records and seamless image transfer to support the diagnostic team. Requirements include BLS, NMTCB or ARRT MR credentials with Wisconsin radiography licensure; ARDMS MR credential may be required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• NMTCB credentialing and ARRT MR boards within 12 months of hire.
• ARRT MR credential plus General Radiography licensure in Wisconsin.
• ARDMS MR credentialing within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and tailor MRI parameters to produce high-quality cross-sectional images.
• Pre-screen and educate patients to ensure safety and readiness for MRI.
• Manage patient records and transfer of digital images to support diagnostic team.
• Implement MRI safety and screening protocols to protect patients and staff.
