What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging on-site clinical services solutions, education, and training to ensure site readiness
- Take ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with internal teams and learners
- Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities of solutions
- Engage in extensive travel throughout the assigned zone, with occasional night and weekend coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics
- Required: Professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT) and advanced certification in MR
- Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations
- Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification preferred
- Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred
