- Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet customer-specific mandates
- Capacity to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification preferred
- Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred
