- Current professional credential as a Registered Technologist with ARRT and advanced certification in MR
- Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification
- Previous experience in a similar clinical education role
- Familiarity with Philips solutions and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
