- Take ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal teams
- Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with stakeholders
- Provide guidance in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions
- Travel extensively (approximately 85%) to various hospitals and clinics for training and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of MR clinical experience, with a strong background in pediatrics
- Professional credential as a Registered Technologist with ARRT and advanced certification in MR
- Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations
- Must be able to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification
- Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education
