Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for leading the clinical delivery of MR education for our customers throughout the assigned zone. In this role, you will provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics across the zone.

Your Role

• Deliver engaging on-site Clinical Services solutions, education, and training, ensuring site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service, and CPM teams, providing the highest level customer experience for training and communication.
• Take a leadership role in the personal ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with internal teams and foster collaboration among learners.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and demonstrate advanced proficiency in your areas of specialization.
• Work on diverse problems, using good judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques. Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities of Philips solutions.
• This role involves 85% travel within your zone and may require night and weekend work on occasion.

You’re the right fit if

• You have at least 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics.
• Required: Maintain current professional credentials as a Registered Technologist with ARRT. Advanced certification in MR is required.
• You possess a Certificate or Associate’s Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Active CTT+ certification is also preferred.
• Experience as a clinical preceptor providing education is strongly preferred.
• You can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of this role with or without accommodations.
• You have a valid driver’s license and can meet all customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations or screening tests.

How We Work Together

We believe we are better together. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside of main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

The pay range varies by location, from approximately $76,475 to $154,560 annually, depending on the state. Actual offers depend on experience, knowledge, and location. Benefits include PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase, education reimbursement, and more. Details are available on our website.
