Job Overview

Passionate about improving lives? Lead the clinical delivery of MR education for our customers across your zone. Provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics within your territory.

Your Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging on-site clinical solutions, education, and training. Ensure site readiness through collaboration with sales, service, and CPM teams, providing excellent customer experience.
2. Lead in enhancing the learner experience through customer consultation and stakeholder collaboration.
3. Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with internal teams, fostering collaboration among learners.
4. Gain comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
5. Handle diverse problems, guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities of Philips solutions.
6. This role involves 85% travel within your zone, including occasional nights and weekends.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of MR clinical experience, especially in pediatrics.
• Current professional credential (e.g., Registered Technologist with ARRT) and advanced MR certification.
• Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Active CTT+ certification is a plus.
• Experience as a clinical preceptor is highly desirable.
• Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this role, with or without accommodations.
• Valid driver’s license required. Must meet all customer-specific mandates, such as vaccinations or screening tests.

Work Environment & Culture

This is a field role requiring 85% travel. Our work approach emphasizes collaboration, with office-based teams working in person at least 3 days weekly, and onsite roles working at facilities or customer sites.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges vary by location, from approximately $76,475 to $154,560 annually, depending on the state. Additional incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are included, such as PTO, 401k, HSA, stock plans, and more. Details are available on our website.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available. Candidates must reside within their territory, near a major airport. This position does not include relocation benefits. The application window is approximately 45 days.
