Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Educational background in Health Sciences or Human Anatomy preferred.
• Previous healthcare or radiology experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Must pass MRI Safety Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Prepare MRI rooms and assist with exam setup and takedown.
• Escort patients to and from changing rooms and MRI suites.
• Support Technologists with positioning, safety screening, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the MRI area.
• Perform clerical duties such as patient check-in/out and data entry.
• Monitor patient comfort and communicate with providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with MRI safety policies and complete annual safety training.
