Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related field is required.
• 3+ years of industry or postdoc experience in molecular diagnostics or genomics.
• Hands-on experience with NGS-based techniques including library prep and analytical methods.
• Familiarity with molecular genomic technologies and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimization, verification, and transfer of NGS-based MRD assays.
• Execute feasibility and pre-validation studies for assay development.
• Prepare and characterize clinical and contrived samples for validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product development.
