Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. is seeking a quality professional to analyze non-conformance notices, verify MRB dispositions, and ensure compliance with QMS, contract requirements, and government regulations.

The role includes auditing MRB records, performing rework decisions, and maintaining quality notification archives. Union-represented position with a comprehensive benefits package and a Kansas payroll range.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Quality with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years experience in Quality without a Degree.
• Read/Write Airplane Coordinates.
• Understand RCCA.
• Production and assembly knowledge.
• Industry Experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of non conformance notifications and to verify or validate compliance with Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations.
• Verify and take actions required to confirm customer contractual requirements are met for dispositioning and reviewing non conformances as a delegated member of the MRB.
• Use as is dispositions, acceptable rework/repair, and suspected delivered discrepancies.
• Monitor/Audit MRB crib inventory records and ensure actions are taken by crib owners to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and maintain quality notification records to prevent aging.
