Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Quality Analyst to identify non-conformances and ensure compliance with QMS, procedures, contract requirements, and government regulations.

As a delegated MRB member, you will disposition corrective actions and review non-conformances. The role requires 2 years in quality with a bachelor's or 5 years with no degree; read/write airplane coordinates, RCCA understanding, and production/assembly knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Quality with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years experience in Quality without a Degree.
• Read/Write Airplane Coordinates.
• Understand RCCA.
• Production and assembly knowledge.
• Can do Attitude.
• Industry Experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of non conformance notifications and to verify or validate compliance with Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations.
• Verify and take actions required to confirm customer contractual requirements are met for dispositioning and reviewing non conformances as a delegated member of the MRB such as requirements for corrective action, structurally and functionally.
• Use as is dispositions, acceptable rework/repair, and suspected delivered discrepancies.
• Monitor/Audit MRB crib inventory records and ensure actions are taken by crib owners to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and maintain quality notification records to prevent aging.
