Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking an MRB professional to evaluate and disposition nonconforming metallic and composite aerostructure parts through the MRB process, performing structural and system analyses to determine repairs, rework, or use-as-is dispositions.

You will prepare technical justifications, ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and QMS requirements, collaborate with design, stress, manufacturing, and quality teams, serve as a delegated MRB member, and drive continuous

• Act as a delegated MRB member ensuring contractual and functional compliance.
• Support production and quality teams with MRB-related technical guidance.
• Monitor MRB inventory, quality notifications, and aging records.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and improve MRB efficiency.
