Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Liaison/MRB Engineer for a 2nd shift (Friday–Sunday) in Iuka, MS.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to disposition discrepant material tags and supervise repair processes for composite parts used in aerospace structures. The candidate should have a STEM degree with significant related experience and be willing to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years related professional/military experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience with repair processes for composite materials used in aerospace structures.
• Willing to work 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. EST and obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with suppliers and stakeholder groups (e.g., Structures, Materials & Processing, Manufacturing).
• Disposition discrepant material tags and support repairs for composite parts.
