Job summary

Opti Staffing Group seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in Hillsboro, OR to build and manage maintenance schedules in a high-impact manufacturing environment. You will coordinate work orders, manage inventory and vendor relations, and partner across engineering, operations, and maintenance using Maximo and SAP.

Ideal candidates have CMMS/EAM experience, ERP familiarity, and a strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety and reliability on the

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Hands-on CMMS/EAM experience; Maximo strongly preferred
• ERP experience (SAP MES a plus)
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical docs and asset information
• Experience managing spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
• Onsite manufacturing work adaptability and priority shifts

MPS - Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

• DIRECT HIRE**

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Hands-on experience working within CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo strongly preferred)
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP MES a plus)
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and asset information
• Experience managing spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

• Degree or certification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or related field
• Trade background (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
• Formal training in planning and scheduling methodologies
