Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner in Hillsboro, OR to support maintenance and reliability in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, prioritizing work orders, coordinating labor and parts, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

We\'re seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and support production objectives.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Degree, technical certification, or related training in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance background.

  • Training or certification in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability practices.
