Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and support production objectives.

Based on site in Hillsboro, OR, this full-time role requires developing daily and long-range plans, prioritizing work orders, coordinating labor, materials, and spare parts, and adjusting plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

We're seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
