Job summary

Opti Staffing seeks a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler in Chandler, AZ to develop, coordinate, and manage daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules for a manufacturing environment.

You will utilize CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo preferred) and ERP (SAP MES) to plan work orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with engineering and operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM (Maximo strongly preferred) and ERP systems (SAP MES desirable).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and asset data; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Plan, schedule maintenance activities using CMMS/EAM and ERP systems (Maximo preferred).
• Create, review, and prioritize work orders with accurate labor, parts, and materials data.
• Lead planning meetings with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement; coordinate with vendors.
• Submit factory impact requests and communicate upcoming maintenance activities to operations.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to client requirements and regulations.
• Analyze maintenance and asset data to support continuous improvement and uptime.
