Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of material preparation processes and equipment is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is needed.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in the SMT/DIP materials preparation area.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices.
