Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in technology, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of SMT, DIP, MPA processes and equipment; ERP and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SMT, DIP, and MPA operations including setup, run, and shutdown activities.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage WIP and aging to stay within targets; escalate issues promptly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff; ensure training on equipment, processes, and safety.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and drive Lean, Kaizen initiatives.
