Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and DIP processes and equipment.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SMT, DIP, and MPA operations including setups and shutdowns.
• Monitor production schedules for timely completion.
• Lead and motivate production staff to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards IPC-A-610 and ISO.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
