Moxa, a leader in Industrial IoT connectivity, is hiring for the MoxaNEXT Career Development Program in Brea, CA. This structured program trains new engineers in industrial networking and automation and offers three career tracks in technical sales engineering, product marketing engineering, and applications engineering.

Participants will gain hands-on project experience, mentorship, and transitions into one of the three tracks based on performance and interests.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical foundation with an interest in customer-facing career paths
• Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless)
• Troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences

Aufgaben

• Develop a strong technical foundation through structured training on products, solutions, and applications
• Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations
• Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials
• Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions
• Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities
• Demonstrate and uphold Moxa's core values in all interactions
