MoxaNEXT at Moxa in Brea, CA is a structured early-career program for recent engineering graduates to apply technical knowledge in customer-facing roles. The hybrid position blends classroom training with hands-on project work and customer interactions.

Participants explore three tracks—Technical Sales Engineer, Product Marketing Engineer, and Applications Engineer—transitioning based on skills, performance, and interests after completing the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical foundation with interest in customer-facing career paths (sales, product marketing, applications engineering).
• Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless).
• Troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong technical foundation through structured training in products, solutions, and applications.
• Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
• Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions.
• Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities.
• Demonstrate and uphold Moxa's core values in all interactions.
