Smith Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Grounds Management Technician to service our residential and commercial properties. This full-time role emphasizes outdoor work, team collaboration, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

You will perform maintenance tasks, operate equipment, and communicate with clients to meet monthly service schedules while pursuing ongoing certifications and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and able to lead others.
• Knowledge of pruning and general maintenance practices.
• 1–2 years of field experience or relevant education.
• Clean driving record; must pass a drug test.
• Interest in advancement and pursuing certifications.

Responsabilités

• Perform grounds maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Lead a maintenance crew when needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and schedules for monthly services.

Smith Landscaping Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Grounds Management Technician to service our residential and commercial properties. Qualifications:

• Team oriented
• Leadership ability
• Plant knowledge
• Knowledge of maintenance practices (proper pruning, integrated pest management, cultural practices
• Minimum of 1-2 years of field experience or applicable education
• Interest in future advancement
• Interest in continual education and certifications
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass drug test.
