Smith Landscaping, Inc. is seeking experienced full-time Team Members to service our residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on grounds management outdoors, reporting to the foreman, and delivering high-quality results for our clients.

We value a team-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and pursue certification and advancement within a family-owned company with 45+ years in business. A clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field experience in grounds management.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test.
• Interest in continual education and certification.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned foreman.
• Service residential and commercial properties outdoors.
• Exceed clients’ expectations with quality and professionalism.
• Maintain good communication with clients and the team.
