Green Scapes Landscape Construction is seeking a motivated Mowing Crew Foreman to lead daily mowing and lawn maintenance operations. You will oversee crew performance, safety, and quality across projects, ensuring pristine turf and client satisfaction.

This full-time in-person role emphasizes hands-on leadership, equipment oversight, coaching, and adherence to company standards to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Strong background in landscaping, including turf management, gardening, and lawn care.
• Familiarity with construction activities related to outdoor projects and site preparation.
• Hands-on experience with landscape equipment operation and maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, turf care, edging, trimming, and debris removal to maintain prime lawns and landscapes.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, cleaned, and operated safely according to company standards.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assist with planting, pruning, mulching and general garden maintenance as needed.
• Monitor work quality continuously, providing coaching and feedback to improve team performance and efficiency.
