Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mowing Foreman to join our team! If you are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do we want you. Past experience with lawncare and landscaping is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently to ensure properties are maintained to company standards
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Landscape maintenance: including shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed
• Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance preferred
• Leadership experience
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor
