Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

• Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation and hardscape.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and physical stamina.
• Strong safety understanding for landscaping and outdoor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers and power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas.

• Maintain equipment through cleaning, inspection and minor repairs.

Duties:

• Operate mowers and other power tools to maintain lawns, fields and landscaped areas.
• Perform trimming, edging and pruning of trees and shrubs using hand bools and power equipment
• Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features and irrigation systems
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection and minor repairs
• Support snow plowing operations in winter months to ensure safe access and pathways
• Conduct general gardening tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing and weed control
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, removal or planting as needed
• Support excavation or construction projects related to landscape improvements
• Ensure all work areas are safe, clean and organized at all times

Experience:

• Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping or horticulture is highly preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical systems related to lawn equipment and power tools is beneficial
• Ability to push and pull materials up to 75 pounds
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree trimming, irrigation setup and hardscape installation is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for extended periods
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping and outdoor equipment use
