Mowing Foreman

Position: Mowing Foreman

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Mowing Foreman to lead a mowing crew and oversee daily field operations. The ideal candidate must be able to operate lawn and landscaping equipment, manage a crew, travel as needed, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, and skid steers.
• Lead and supervise a mowing crew.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
• Pull and safely operate a trailer.
• Travel to various job locations as required.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain and properly care for company equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew members.
• Ensure the crew stays on schedule and completes assigned work.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a company background check.
• No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Must be able to safely pull a trailer.
• Must be able to operate a mower, weed eater, and skid steer.
• Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and leading a crew.
