Job summary

Rail 1 LLC is seeking an experienced Mowing Foreman to lead our mowing crew and oversee daily field operations. You will operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, and skid steers, supervise a crew, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Travel to multiple job sites as needed, pull and operate a trailer, and uphold our safety standards and quality controls. The ideal candidate is dependable, a strong leader, and comfortable working outdoors; prior foreman or crew-lead

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass company background check.
• No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
• Experience leading a mowing crew or foreman role preferred.
• Willing to travel and pull a trailer as needed.

Position: Mowing Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Mowing Foreman to lead a mowing crew and oversee daily field operations. The ideal candidate must be able to operate lawn and landscaping equipment, manage a crew, travel as needed, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, and skid steers.
• Lead and supervise a mowing crew.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
• Pull and safely operate a trailer.
• Travel to various job locations as required.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
