All Season Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our mowing crew and maintain high-quality properties. This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

• Experience leading a mowing/landscape maintenance crew.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely operate zero-turn mower.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance.
• Operate truck, trailer, and landscape equipment safely.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently.
• Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately.
