Legacy Church is seeking a Moving Forward Coordinator to lead volunteer engagement, data management, and administrative support for the Moving Forward program. The role oversees classes, coordinates materials, and supports ministry leaders to connect, grow, and serve within the church community.

You will manage data in Fellowship One, ensure timely communication, and assist in budgeting and inventory to keep ministry operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteer programs is preferred.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all Moving Forward classes and activities.
• Recruit, schedule, and support Moving Forward volunteer teams.
• Maintain Moving Forward data in Fellowship One.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts within 24 business hours.
• Manage monthly spending and purchase requests according to policy.
• Support campus ministry operations and volunteers.
