Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is hiring Floor Staff for Commonwealth Center Stadium 20 & IMAX in Midlothian, VA. You may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, with assignments based on theatre needs and employee availability.

Responsibilities include cash handling, ticketing, upselling premium experiences, and maintaining guest service standards. Qualifications include cast certification (or progress toward it) and completion of required state/local alcohol training if applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Box Office duties: operate POS, handle cash, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and tickets.
• Concession duties: operate POS, manage inventory and comply with food safety laws; promote Regal Crown Club.
• Usher duties: tear tickets, direct patrons, monitor seating, enforce MPAA rating system, and ensure a safe environment.
