Cinemark is hiring a Server – Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, provide menu knowledge, and deliver rapid counter service. The role acts as a bridge between Guests and kitchen staff, with potential cross-training as needed.

Ideal candidates show energy, friendly demeanor, reliable attendance, and basic math skills for cash handling; English communication is essential in a fast-paced theater environment.

Qualifications

• Proof of age may be required for serving/alcohol (18+ or 21+ per state)
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local certifications
• Safe Alcohol Service training program completion mandated
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and consistent attendance expected
• Energetic, friendly attitude and excellent guest service
• Accurate cash handling and math basics
• Ability to communicate in English with diverse guests
• Teamwork and ability to follow directions

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Know bar and menu items to enhance Guest experience
• Record orders accurately and promptly
• Handle register transactions with proper cash balance and logging
• Verify guest age for alcohol transactions
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas
• Use suggestive selling techniques to boost sales
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders
• Maintain high cleaning standards in work areas
• Adapt to varying cleaning tasks and safety protocols
