Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative in Ontario, CA. You will handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, dispatch field staff, and manage payroll hours and service billing.

Qualifications

• Process parts and service billing

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills
• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask
